I have the right to deny commissions for any reason, whether it be out of my ability or being uncomfortable with your request.

Additional Fees
Background: + 10% (simple backgrounds / transparent are free)
Gore: +10-20% depending on extremity
Complex Clothing: + 10%
Additional Characters: + 20% of original fee

Terms And Conditions

General Information

- Please provide clean references so I can use while drawing
-Write clearly so that I can understand your request should I accept it
-Be respectful throughout the process, as I may ask you a lot of questions in order for me to understand your request in full

Copyright/Usage Policy

- I have the full rights to any commissioned piece; therefore I have the right to:
1) Post the artwork to my socials
2) Use the artwork as promotion for my services- You, as a commissoner, have the right to:
1) Use the artwork for personal use
2) Post on the internet as long as credit is given- You do NOT have the right to:
1) Sell as an NFT, Crypcurrency, or any type of reselling of my art
2) Use for AI training, or claim my art as yours
3) Use as commercial profit, such as T-shirts and mugsBreach of any part of the terms will result in your rights being revoked in full

Payment

-Vgen only
-All payments must be paid in full or after approval of first sketch for non-sketch commissions
-Do not immediately pay forward until I confirm your request
-Price is non-negotiable

Commission Process

- Your commission may take within 1 week - 3 months, depending on
1) My current mental health
2) Personal life, including school and work
3) The complexity of the request
-I will contact you for revisions upon the sketch and/or coloring stage. You can make revisions for free at that time, however afterwards further revisions will result in additional fees (see commission prices for details)

Cancellation/Refundings

-I have the right to cancel your commission for whatever reason, and will offer you a full refund upon doing so
-You can only cancel your commission IF there is a valid emergency in your part (must provide proof should you cancel). Depending on the stage I am at, I will issue you a refund for the remaining stages that I have not yet completed
-If you cancel without reason, you will only be refunded 50% of the remaining stages as an inconvience fee, and may result in me not working with you again
